High-pressure plunger pump

High pressure plunger pump  is one of the core components of high pressure water mist system, our company high-pressure plunger pump adopts foreign advanced technology, it has the advantages of long service life and stable performance. Liquid end is made of brass production.

Pressure-stabilizing pump

The pressure stabilizing pump is to stabilize the pressure in the pipeline. After the zone valve is opened, the pipeline pressure is under The pressure stabilizing pump will start automatically. After running for more than 10 seconds, the pressure still cannot reach 16bar, automatically start the high-pressure main pump. The stabilizer pump is made of stainless steel.

Pump motor

Our company’s high-pressure water mist automatic fire extinguishing system adopts frequency conversion, speed-adjustable, three-phase asynchronous motor.

When selecting  high pressure water mist fire extinguishing system, the rated speed of the motor should meet the speed requirements of the pump, selection of the power of the motor should be based on the working pressure and the flow rate of the water pump.

High pressure water mist nozzle

The high-pressure water mist nozzle consists of the main body of the nozzle, the swirl core of the nozzle, and the nozzle main body, filter screen, filter screen sleeve, etc. Under certain water pressure, the water is atomized by centrifugation, impact, jet and other methods.

Pressure regulating relief valve

The pressure regulating relief valve is connected with the high-pressure water pump and the water tank, when the main pump pressure is too high, the discharged water can flow back to the storage tank. The pressure regulating relief valve is made of brass.

Safety relief valve

The pressure value of relief action of the safety relief valve is 16.8MPa, and the safety relief valve also known as safety overflow valve is an automatic pressure relief device driven by medium pressure. The safety relief valve is made of stainless steel.

Water storage tank

Stainless steel water storage tank ensure automatic water replenishment, and is equipped with a liquid level display device, low liquid level alarm device and overflow and  venting  device.
